Human Rights Abuses Status Report Feb 2022

Using open sources, the All Eyes On Wagner team has compiled a list of 52 claims of human rights abuses related to Wagner’s activities from 2017 to 2022. The project team is now verifying them using open source research.

Most of the human rights abuses claims are taking place in Central Africa. Other countries include Libya, Mali and Syria. Human rights abuses ranges from killing, torture, kidnapping, enslavement, violence, rape, desacration of bodies, burning bodies and vandalism.
